Return, Exchange and Store Credit Policy
At ABY Jewellery, every piece is thoughtfully created with care, intention, and lasting quality. We hope your jewellery becomes something you will treasure for years to come. Should you require assistance with your order, our team will be happy to guide you through the options below.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Once assessed by our team, we will arrange the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit. Where required under applicable consumer laws, we will provide the relevant remedy in accordance with Singapore regulations.
Please note that natural gemstone inclusions, slight colour variations, handmade details, and minor differences in finish are not considered defects. These are part of the individual character of handcrafted fine jewellery.
Returns for Change of Mind
For eligible non-bespoke pieces, we may offer store credit for change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. Store credit may be used towards future purchases with ABY Jewellery and will be issued once the returned item has been received and approved by our team.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, the item must be:
In its original packaging
Unused and unworn
In its original condition
Returned with all accompanying documents, certificates, pouches, boxes, or cards
Submitted for return within 14 days of receiving the item
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or third-party repair will not be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Bespoke, Made-to-Order and Personalised Jewellery
As bespoke, made-to-order, engraved, resized, and customised pieces are created specially for you, all confirmed orders are final.
These pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit unless they are assessed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
Store Credit
Store credit will be issued for approved returns and may be used towards eligible future purchases with ABY Jewellery.
Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Store credit may not be used for shipping fees, repair fees, resizing fees, taxes, design fees, or deposits unless otherwise approved by ABY Jewellery.
Return Shipping
For items assessed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, ABY Jewellery will assist with return shipping arrangements.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as ABY Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7 to 10 business days for our team to assess and process your request.
Approved store credit will be issued after inspection is complete.
